The unique centerpiece of the Festival is new, commissioned music for the exclusively edited version of the “The Living Sea” by Greg MacGillivray, a two-time Academy-award nominated American IMAX director and cinematographer."—Description by festival

Florida's first-in-the-season mega rock fest moves to Miami's downtown Bicentennial Park for its seventh running, after a one-year experiment in the Everglades that was marred by logistical problems and five earlier shows in suburban Sunrise. The festival's music lineup is comparable to events like Coachella and Lollapalooza, with a mix of big-name and up-and-coming acts in alternative rock, jam rock, and related categories.
